Asia Anderson

Asia Anderson graduated from Tulane University in New Orleans, LA with a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies and a minor in Business and Philosophy. While working in the education field as a special ed instructional aide and a substitute teacher, she knew she wanted to help people in a more individualized way, so she pursued further education at Cerritos College and graduated with her Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) license.

Asia currently works in public schools with grades K-12 servicing children with varying speech and language diagnosis such as, Autism spectrum disorder, articulation delays, fluency disorders, childhood apraxia of speech, and expressive/receptive language delays. She attends various workshops and conferences to find new and innovative ways to approach each therapy session and make speech therapy a fun place for clients. She believes helping others find their voice is the most rewarding job you can have!

In her free time, Asia enjoys roller skating, swimming, sleeping, and spending time with her loved ones.
